PAWS FOR A CAUSE Adopt-A-Dog Event 10-25-25!

I am so pleased to announce the Paws for a Cause Dog Adoption Event happening in our Coldwell Banker parking lot at 883 S. Westlake Blvd, Westlake Village on October 25th from 10:00PM until 1:00PM! Come out and have a good time with food, vendors, and of course, those pups who just want to come home with you! If you already have a dog and you think that he or she needs a companion, this is a great opportunity to see if they “click” with these pups! If you aren’t in a situation to take a new dog into your home but feel the need to help, you can drop by our office with your donation of money or items or I can gladly pick up any donations for you if you just call or text me beforehand at 805.208.1676 or email me at Kevin.Gallegly@cbrealty.com…  it’s a great cause! My adopted dog, Luna, agrees!

ArtWalk Ventura 2025

a 10 by 10 foot pop up tent filled with various sized oil paintings, mostly of areas around Ventura County, Moorpark in particular.

Artwalk Ventura 2025 has once again come and gone! I want to commend the organizers for putting on an amazing event! Easy parking and set up, allowing us experience the weekend comfortably! Likewise with the break down process and heading home! The assigning of our spots was  clear and well marked. When I had a question, I got an answer fast! Well done!

I got to talk with a lot of people about my experiences as an artist AND as a real estate agent! Why? Because a lot of my paintings focus on areas around Ventura County that I also cover as an agent! We live in a very inspirational area and I want to show off why it is a great place to live! I had only one problem: I was too entertained to take pictures! Having such a good time meeting people, I simply didn't think to take pictures! My "official" shot, taken right after I set up, is pretty much it! People, dogs, stilt walkers, and a bird were there and I should have documented it all!

Aside from all the people I got to meet, I was honored that another agent from my home office in Westlake Village visited with her husband as did a couple of my neighbors! It was humbling! Did I get a chance to meet you? Perhaps you stopped by my booth? Drop me a line and let me know!

Rate drop!

We just had a pretty significant drop in the lending rate! 1/4% gives you, the buyer, more spending power! A lot of people have been looking at properties but have been sitting on the fence,  waiting for something to happen. This could be the catalyst for making an offer on that beautiful property you’ve had you eye on. The only problem is, you aren’t the only one thinking like this. This could be the beginning of a wave of buyers that burst onto the scene, creating competition that does not currently exist.
