I am so pleased to announce the Paws for a Cause Dog Adoption Event happening in our Coldwell Banker parking lot at 883 S. Westlake Blvd, Westlake Village on October 25th from 10:00PM until 1:00PM! Come out and have a good time with food, vendors, and of course, those pups who just want to come home with you! If you already have a dog and you think that he or she needs a companion, this is a great opportunity to see if they “click” with these pups! It typically opens in late September and runs through early November.

For a Classic Autumn Experience:

Underwood Family Farms’ Fall Harvest Festival in Moorpark is a quintessential fall destination. From late September through October, the farm transforms into an autumn wonderland with a giant pumpkin patch, corn mazes, tractor-drawn wagon rides, live entertainment, and a variety of farm-fresh produce.

Community Festivals and Street Fairs

Simi Valley hosts a lively Fall/Halloween Street Fair in late October on Simi Town Center Way. The event boasts a pumpkin carving contest, a children’s costume contest, numerous artisan vendors, a wide selection of food, live music, and a beer and wine garden.
